We currently operate out of our home as a micro-bakery until a location is established in Neenah. Our flour is a made up of a blend with heirloom variety grains grown & milled in Wisconsin. We are always aiming high to achieve the perfect crumb and to ensure that the bread you buy from us is healthy, easily digestible and doesn't sit heavy in your stomach.
