I’ve been experimenting with these Fruit Curd Mini-Cakes (Raspberry, Blueberry Lemon, and Classic Lemon 🍋) and they are delicious.

I’m considering adding them to the Mother's Day menu.

Just made a new batch of vanilla paste. I have sourdough starter growing and have lemon curd that I made.

Planning on doing a sourdough drop and making lemon rolls and cinnamon rolls.

Also can make scones 🙂
