25 years ago today, 2,977 lives were lost. We remember them, the families who still carry that loss, and the first responders who ran toward danger when everyone else ran away. 🇺🇸

Which one is your fav?

The semi-naked one with the roses spilling down the side is still the one I’d remake tomorrow. The grey marble with the gold rim was the hardest - marbling buttercream is a one-shot deal, no going back once you’ve dragged the spatula.

And the last one is mine. I made my own wedding cake, which everyone told me was insane, and they were right.

which is your favorite

OH Halloween what fun it brings! What character will be this year’s top pick?? I always love Nightmare before Christmas + any creative costumes from shows/movies

As you know, I don’t particularly work with fondant anymore but I couldn’t disappoint sweet Amelia’s request! Sometimes you just have to push through the challenges and do the best you can. I practiced the shape of Jack’s eye over and over again. I finally nailed it and became super excited to overlay the fondant…. But one rookie movie I forgot about…. I FORGOT to put the fondant on top of the cake to create a seamless front… well, you win where you lose… it was too late to try to reverse my doing! I blended it the best I could with a good tip I remembered a while back - mix fondant with water and it creates a “clay” to mask imperfections. Thanks yr 2000 youtube!!!

Huge shoutout to for allowing my creativity to take over without limits. Amazing party hosts and even better parents (hair salon is fire too.. give them a follow!) 🎉

If you made it this far, kudos. Thanks for still supporting my very inactive baking page. Don’t be shy, I’m still here - just not filming 🎥 📸

Grateful for you all 🎂

Can you guess the theme? This was one of my favorite movies and Boo is iconic!

Had such fun decorating these, I really missed it! Message me for your next party 🎉

It wouldn’t be a thanksgiving without bon appetite chocolate pudding pie 🤓. Anyway, Kai enjoyed her first piece of pie and now shes ready for christmas and pork chops! What christmas dessert do you and your family ALWAYS have? It’s not christmas without the …..

Im still baling bread and selling sourdough starter for those interested. Custom cookies are still available but cakes are on hold until Kai detaches from my hip. Cookies make a great gift and can be shipped!!
