Vegan smashcake with *no added sugar* 🥳
Frosted with sugar free coconut cream frosting. A topper will be added later and I used fresh herbs for the greenery trim. 🌿
It was truly an honor to make such a special cake and I'm sure baby will love it! ❤️

What are some alternative baking items you would love to see?
I've been studying up on healthy baking substitutes this week getting ready for a healthy smash cake! ❤️
My next project is a high protein breakfast "cookie". I'm loving the challenge and it's great to be more diverse! 🥰

Hello friends!

Look what came out of the oven today 😋 gooey chocolate cookies with candied pecans. I just need to work in some coconut and I'll have a German chocolate chip cookie 🙌

I know I haven't been posting much but this semester has challenged me in ways I wasn't expecting. More info to come but I am still working on a few little projects and hope to have wonderful news soon. 🥰

I've been planting seeds but spring begins tomorrow and I can't wait for you to see what's going to blossom! 🌼🌷🌸
