The last time I wrote about a gluten-free bakery, I had no idea just how many people in New Hampshire live a gluten-free lifestyle. That's why I was excited to learn about Bonne the Baker, which officially opened its storefront in Nashua on May 16th.

Morning!! New stuff! Morning Glory drizzled with my house made vegan cream cheese frosting, Strawberry Chocolate Chip and Almond Joy Muffins in the case. New bar is Strawberry Lemonade! Hot coffee today from is Brown Sugar Cinnamon, iced Is Chocolate Raspberry. The market is full of high protein gf pastas which go FANTASTIC with sauces! Grab n go has Rebel , antipasto, dips, probiotic olives, kimchi and others from Olive My Pickle! Come on by ! YES IT'S ALL GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN!! ALL OF IT! I got cha! 😉

DONUT SATURDAY! Today's donut flavors are Oreo, Butterfinger, Vanilla, Strawberry. The case is full of muffins, crumb bars, FUDGY brownies, tons of whoopie pies. The market just got in a new shipment of vegan cheeses, antipasto, dips. Lots of gf, vegan snacks! Kombucha, Natalie's fresh juices, Elmhurst Lattes, protein shakes! Bake at home cinnamon rolls! Sourdough bread!! L👀K for the giant cupcake on the window. Still waiting on my sign. Open today 8-3. Closed Sunday and Monday.
