Been on the books for awhile, but have known this bride for even longer! Congratulations Jessie Lynn Motter thank you for trusting me with your cake!

I will say, doing a cake with a toddler running around is not for the weakπŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« but we did it!

After much thought and consideration, I have packed up my stuff and made the difficult decision to close this baking side hustle. This choice comes in light with a little boy who has a severe dairy allergy and can’t be around me while I’m baking in the kitchen, which is not fun for either of us!

Baking for you all has been a joy and an honor. Seeing your celebrations, milestones, and ordinary days made sweeter by my creations has been one of the most fulfilling experiences. Your support, loyalty, and kind words have meant the world to me.

Although this chapter is coming to a close, I hold onto the wonderful memories and connections we’ve shared. I am endlessly grateful for each and every one of you who supported my dream and made it possible. Thank you for understanding and maybe one day I’ll be back. 🫢🏽

I have (quietly) been back in the swing of baking! Lots of family and close friends celebrations the month of May to allow me to find my footing with the new babe.

That being said, I will be scaling back with orders! Only a few orders a monthβ€”I don’t want to miss a second with my little man. Please reach out early if you want to place an order.

**now through September is pretty much full!**

Had a special request a few months ago. Duke the tortoise at Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District is turning 51 today! So of course he needs a cake. A watermelon and cabbage cake to be exact, with matching tortoise cupcakes for all his human friends that will be joining him tonight. Happy Birthday Duke!
