These lemon blueberry scones are loaded with plump blueberries, baked until golden, and finished with a bright lemon drizzle that should probably be illegal.

Tender. Buttery. Bursting with blueberries. Just enough citrus to keep you coming back for “one more bite.”

The verdict? Guilty of being impossible to share.

Fresh out of the oven and headed out the door this morning.

We didn’t hold back on this one.

Chris went full send on a rich chocolate espresso cake… and I finished the job with layers of silky chocolate ganache and thick spirals of Ghirardelli shavings on top.

But seeing your smiles (and knowing we made Easter just a little sweeter)… worth every second.

Big sellers this weekend: carrot cakes and cinnamon rolls.

Somewhere along the way, we realized why this little bakery means so much to us.

Before this, we were both cops.
And when we knocked on a door, it was never for something good.

No one called us on their best day. No one was excited to see us.

Now it’s different.
Now when we ring the doorbell, people are smiling.
Now we’re delivering something that brings people together.
Now it’s sweet, not heavy.

If you love coconut… we might need to question your self-control.

Fresh coconut baked into every layer, whipped into a cream cheese frosting, and then we said, “Why stop?” and covered it in more.

Meanwhile—
20 loaves hit the streets this week.
15 classic sourdough. 5 cinnamon raisin.
Add toasted + salted butter, and you’re officially guilty.

This was our week.
