First attempt at éclairs... and let's just say we learned a few things. 😅

From making the pâte à choux to filling and frosting, this was one of those bakes that looked way easier on video than it was in real life.

Stick around for the end because that's where the real entertainment begins: our brutally honest critique of the finished product. 😂

Also, we need the internet to settle a debate. Kristen says bigger is better. Chris says there's a perfect éclair-to-filling ratio and these were pushing it.

So let's hear it...

How big should an éclair be? Because in this case, size definitely matters. 👀🥖

These lemon blueberry scones are loaded with plump blueberries, baked until golden, and finished with a bright lemon drizzle that should probably be illegal.

Tender. Buttery. Bursting with blueberries. Just enough citrus to keep you coming back for “one more bite.”

The verdict? Guilty of being impossible to share.

Fresh out of the oven and headed out the door this morning.

Soft, buttery cinnamon rolls piled high with tangy cream cheese frosting that should probably be illegal in at least a few states.

We didn’t hold back on this one.

Chris went full send on a rich chocolate espresso cake… and I finished the job with layers of silky chocolate ganache and thick spirals of Ghirardelli shavings on top.

This isn’t dessert.

It’s a commitment.

Dark. Decadent. Slightly illegal.

These teal + coral swirls dressed up with sugar pearls might look like they belong at a garden party…

but underneath? Rich chocolate espresso cake with vanilla buttercream that should probably come with a warning label.

72 cinnamon rolls.
Carrot cakes sprinkled in like it’s nothing.

We are absolutely smoked. 😂

But seeing your smiles (and knowing we made Easter just a little sweeter)… worth every second.

Back in the kitchen this week—cupcakes, cakes, and more sourdough because apparently we don’t know how to sit still.

Do the crime. Eat the carbs.
