So, I do cookies.... Remember that!! I was contacted to 70 tartlets and 70 mixed berry hand pies... While I have NEVER made either of these before, it was an amazing opportunity. During this experience I found the most amazing pie dough recipe ever!! And now I’m thinking of making hand pies every other week, please let me know what you think?...Do you like buttery flakey goodness?
