Sparkle Queen Desserts and Balloons SparkleQueens is a home Baker, I work under Idaho Food Cottage Law. I do not do refunds for custom orders. My work will only be similar with my own sparkle.

Disclosure:

I need a Week notice for any custom orders as it takes time and prep to make custom pieces. If you are wanting any prints I can do them but I need a 10 day notice for this type of order. I do charge a Non Refundable Deposit that is charger day of order to hold your spot on my schedule and to purchase product to make the order Remaining is due the day before order pickup. If you want

to cancel your order I need a 2 day notice as Iā€™m very small and only have a few spots. I love to see pictures of what you would like, but this is only used as a guide and my work is custom and will not be exactly like the picture as I did not make the original picture. If you are picking up a cake from Me make sure in the summer you have the A/C on high as my cakes are made from real ingredients and can melt. Once a cake leaves my hands it is no longer my responsibility and I will not be giving refunds if the cake is not in perfect condition when it leaves Me and arrives to the destination.
