She met a tragic and untimely end late one night while I was packing my husband’s lunch. In a sleepy blur, I confused two identical pieces of Tupperware... and let's just say my husband went to work with a starter instead of his tzatziki sauce. 😭🇬🇷

While we mourn the loss of Jane, the show must go on! Please welcome her successor to the bakery: Doughlene. 🎶✨

Hi everyone! It’s been a minute! 👋✨

Life has been incredibly busy lately catching up with my grown kids, and working hard on launching a new venture behind the scenes!

But I am stepping away from the thrift piles today with an unexpected Oven Breakdown Fire Sale! 🚨🥖

My oven decided to quit on me right when a batch of sourdough was ready to go, which delayed my bake schedule. The loaves had to wait a bit too long in the fridge, giving them a couple of hard, ultra-rustic spots on the crust.

They baked up great, are perfectly safe, and taste awesome with a deep, extra-tangy flavor—they just aren't visually perfect. Because of the mishap, I just want to clear them out so they don't go to waste!
