Lesson of the day: Always make the bread!
I got distracted while making dough and wound up with an overly hydrated dough. I decided to turn it into a focaccia for my family. Cheesy jalapeño is one of my top selling loaves, so I made it into a sourdough focaccia 🧀🌶️
