I had the privilege of making the desserts for little Dominick’s 1st birthday! The cake is an 8” triple layer marble with vanilla buttercream. The smash cake was a LOW SUGAR vanilla cake. Both were frosted and filled with vanilla buttercream. Accents are fondant, edible images and cute decorative toys. 30 matching cookies accompanied the cakes!

There’s nothing I like better than flinging buttercream onto cake! I was asked to recreate this splatter cake for another returning client. The cake is an 8” triple layer chocolate truffle with black cocoa buttercream. The splatter is vanilla buttercream. All other accents are fondant.

It seems like just yesterday that I was asked to make the cookies for this returning customers baby shower and now, little “Bear” is 1 year old!!
The cake is a 6” double layer with vanilla buttercream filling and chocolate frosting. 2 dozen cupcakes in flavors of chocolate truffle and vanilla were frosted with salted caramel buttercream. 1 dozen decorated sugar cookies went along for the party.
