Is anyone else obsessed with Dubai chocolate? My oldest daughter and I love it so much, so for her birthday I created a Dubai chocolate cake for her. It was one of my favorites that I’ve ever made. My signature moist chocolate cake layers, filled with pistachio cream and crunchy toasted kataifi, and wrapped in a silky milk chocolate buttercream, and topped with Dubai chocolate hunks. It was delightful if I do say so myself.

Spring may be my favorite season. These spring cakes are making me so happy. Enjoy!
