Every occasion, whether simple or elaborate, should have a center piece cake that makes a statement and tastes great. I have been in the food industry for nearly 12 years, 8 of those spent at a bakery where I learned the nuances of cake making. From baking to decorating, I do it all, and I love what I do. I bake/design cakes for all occasions, from birthdays to showers, back to school to graduatio

n, and weddings to anniversaries. I specialize in all styles of cake as well, single tiered, multi tiered, topsy turvy, 2D cut-outs, and full on 3D sculptures. I take pride in my airbrushing and free hand drawing on cakes. I work with both buttercream and fondant, which I make from scratch using fresh, good quality ingredients. I work one on one with clients in the design process, so that the cake they get is exactly what they want. Each cake is custom to the number of people served, cake flavors, and designs. Delivery area includes Polk County, and then into Tampa and Orlando. Want to do something a little different? How about cupcakes? Rice crispy treats? Cake balls? Cake pops? Decorated sugar cookies? It's been a long time everyone! I admit, I'm not the best at keeping up on social media accounts, but here I am to make a better effort to keep this up, lol!

So I've been having fun in the kitchen. My little family and I have been enjoying the cold weather with s'mores by the fire, so one day I made some tasty marshmallows :) And then I've been wanting to make macarons for a little bit, so yesterday, that's just what I did. I made mocha macarons with a whipped ganache filling. They were so good! I think I'll be playing with some other flavors soon :)

So much for an update in a couple days huh? 🤣 So instead of just cake photos, I've decided to include some photos of other sweets I've made, both at home and at work. I hope to be able to better keep this page updated. I've been brainstorming a lot lately, so hopefully I will have some cool updates within the next few weeks. :)

Hey my facebook friends! I know...it's been forever since I've been active on this page. Between moving back to Central Florida, focusing on my full time job, my 3 girls, and some big life changes, my cake/sweets business had been put on the back burner. But...now, thanks to some more big changes, I have the opportunity to focus back onto my business. Over the next day or two, I'll be bringing this page a little more current, add some photos of some cakes and such I've done here and there. A possible rebrand just may be in the works as well. We'll just have to wait and see!

Big decision! So after some talking, my family and I are making the move back to Polk County. I've had the pleasure of creating some cakes and sweets for some great customers in St. Augustine. Thank y'all so much for having me create those for you, and thank you so much for the kind reviews. :) For my Polk County clients, I hope to be back to making your events super sweet!

It's shaping up to be a busy Friday/Saturday for me! A 21st birthday cake, graduation cookies and two sculpted mascot cakes, and more graduation cookies! It's gonna be fun :)
