The Rolling Hearth Bakery The GypsyWagon Bakery started as a demonstration at a local Renaissance Faire for 9 years. But for now we move from place to place.

I decided to learn more about the baking industry and am now graduated from OTC with a double degree in Baking and Pastry and Culinary. I am now doing small craft fairs and farmers markets and hope to have a permanent location in the future.
