Looking for a great investment and/or opportunity to open a business in Mt. Pleasant! We are selling our building on the square which is a prime corner location. It has 5 upper story apartments that are a part of the HOME Program. In the 8 years we have owned the building we have never had an empty apartment and at times a waiting list. The street level currently is set up for a turn key restaurant and would be a great opportunity as would reduce startup costs dramatically! This could change soon as we have a buyer interested in just the contents. Our building is for sale, but the plan is to reopen the restaurant in March as long as Jose gets a green light from his doctor.
