Have you tried our Ube Streusel Cheese Rolls? 💜

Soft, buttery brioche buns (the same dough we use for all our ensaymadas), filled with Queso Blanco—a creamy, milky cheese with a gentle savory flavor and just the right touch of saltiness. It’s the perfect balance to the sweetness of our ube.

We then coat each roll with sweet buttercream and finish it with our homemade ube streusel, made with just 4 simple ingredients: purple yam jam, dehydrated milk, flour, and butter. Baked until golden, it creates a delicate, cookie-crumb-like topping that adds the loveliest little crunch. 🤤

Soft, milky, buttery, and a little crunchy on top. Every bite brings together creamy cheese, sweet ube, and buttery brioche in the most delicious way.
