Sunday mornings are made for slowing down 🤍

A warm slice of sourdough, a fresh bagel, cinnamon rolls shared around the table, and a cup of coffee…it’s one of my favorite ways to start the day.

Everything at Bond & Crumb is naturally leavened, made by hand, and baked fresh in small batches right here in Mt. Airy.

Not much to look at… yet 🤍

This shaggy dough is where every artisan loaf begins.

Just flour, water, salt, and an active sourdough starter, mixed together and left to rest. Over the next several hours, gentle folds, time, and fermentation will transform this into the crusty, airy loaves you see on pickup day.

Good bread can’t be rushed, and that’s my favorite part of sourdough🥖

Thanks for following along and supporting this little micro bakery. Every loaf is made by hand, one batch at a time.
