Our frozen pizza line that sell at the Crestone Mercantile are now 12" instead of 14". The reason is due to a better fit for most modern toaster ovens. These pizzas are now fully stocked at the Merc now.

Mandala Pizza will be offering Gelato Ice Cream for sale at the Saturday 5/15 Garden Festival Event (Little Shepherd Church) in Crestone. I believe we will be set up and open by 10:30. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Crestone Garden Project.

Mandala Pizza has been busy getting our concession trailer ready to serve the San Luis Valley for retail sales a few days per week. If all goes as planned this week (with health department inspections), we will be setting up at the Seed Exchange at Joyful Journeys next weekend. Please pray for us that this all comes together smoothly. We are so excited and have worked so hard to put this food trailer together. More info will be coming soon.

Mandala Pizza will be RELOCATING to Mosca on Monday. Our products will be expanded and made more available through participating stores such as the Crestone Mercantile and the Elephant Cloud. We are happy to announce our new venture, coordinating with Valley Roots Hub of Mosca, CO, to offer a dedicated and expanded line of local foods throughout Colorado. Valley Roots Hub now distributes our products through CSA programs as well as Colorado stores from the SLV to Denver.
Not only will you be able to get your favorite Mandala Pizzas from local stores (including the fluffy gluten free) but we have also expanded the lines to serve calzones, pizza rolls, lasagnas, bagels and more. They will be well stocked and made available so the community can continue enjoying our pizzas.
Thank-you Crestone for all of your business and support. It has not been easy during Covid as well as the past few years for our family with my health challenges. We have learned a lot about the value of community, family and personal well being through the process. In order for me to maintain and continue to improve through my health crisis, this opportunity to go fully wholesale presented much more physical ease for my spine. Our family will also benefit to have nights at home and weekends off for the first time in years. It has been an honor to serve you all.

As with many businesses here, we are taking this day by day. We are open today from now til 7:00 (if we have orders, we will stay open later). Even though we know most folks are self isolating, it is still safe to order a pizza. You can even request curbside if needed. We are delivering at certain times of the shift too. Please help us to stay open so we can serve the community as well as keep people working.
