Hey guys! Going down to Tuesday deliveries, cuz I’ll be busy at farmers markets this season! You can see my market schedge page listed on my board! But don’t worry, I’ll have plenty of bread ready on Tuesdays for you to stock up on at all the usual places!

Last Intro to Sourdough class of the season today with these fantastic high schoolers! They came with creativity, energy, wonderful questions, and made beautiful bread! So proud of them!

Every single one of the students this season reminded me of why I’m doing what I’m doing. Not a single one of them said, “I can’t do this.” And that impressed me deeply. They came with minds ready to learn, hands ready to create, and those are values they can carry with them into every season of their lives.

Got to teach another Intro To Sourdough class to a great group of students from PAHS ! This has been such a joy and bright spot to my year! Ya’ll had some of the most unique and dope scoring designs, def trying some of these at home! Well done, and HAPPY BAKING!!

REPOST- I had some dates wrong!🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyway, Vermont Farmers Markets are upon us, so I thought I’d share with you my schedge for the next couple of months! Bread will still be available at stores during market months, but I may need to go down to once a week deliveries—TBD!

THIS SUNDAY you can find me at the Stowe Farmers Market from 10-2pm with lots of fresh baked, speciality sourdough goods for Mothers Day! 💐

JERICHO FARMERS MARKET- begins Thursday, May 21st— so thankful to be back every other week with the awesome folks at JFM, starting the 21st!

JEFFERSONVILLE FARMERS MARKET- I am delighted to have to been invited to the this years! I’ll be there every other Wed, starting June 10th (market begins on June 4th)!

Spring is here and summer is on its heels, and I am SO stoked to be seeing ya’ll after a long winter at some of VT’s best markets!

Feeling SO incredibly honored to host an Intro to Sourdough class with this group of PA high schoolers! They were excited, focused, inquisitive, and not to mention just awesome people all around! Y’all are going places!

The students learned the basic science behind naturally leavened bread, the value of whole and local grains, they folded, shaped, scored, and baked their beautiful own loaves! And we may have even started making some bread plans together for the near future…🤩

In a world that feels uncertain and chaotic right now, this was the reminder I needed of why I’m doing what I’m doing. Watching young hands dive into an ancient practice and create something of their own was nothing short of wonderful.

Thank you thank you thank you! Can’t wait for the next class to come down!

Baking bread, testing recipes, capturing photos when the sunlight makes an appearance, and not so patiently waiting for spring…🌱

All breads are naturally leavened with 100% whole wheat levain, regionally sourced organic flour, and mixed with local rye and wheat berries milled fresh in my bakery every other day.

Cheers to sunnier days, and in the meantime, I hope you find joy in the everyday and eat some tasty bread.

•VT-grown hard red winter wheat
•grains stone-milled fresh in-house

Roasted garlic and organic fresh rosemary focaccia will be available Tuesday along with normal bread deliveries!
