This engaging series is designed to help youth take their leadership skills to the next level through interactive online workshops led by our State Ambassadors. Participants will explore important leadership skills, connect with other teen leaders from across the state, and build tools they can put into practice in their 4-H programs and beyond.
A Supplement to County Ambassador Skill-Building Meetings
This series is also a great supplement to County Ambassador skill-building meetings. The workshop topics follow and support key concepts found in the County Ambassador Handbook, providing County Ambassador teams with an additional opportunity to explore these important leadership skills.
County Ambassador Coaches, Leadership Project Leaders, and 4-H Professionals are encouraged to attend with their teen leaders and use the workshops as a starting point for additional discussion and activities with their local teams.
Youth may sign up for individual workshops or participate in the entire series. Youth who attend all six workshops will receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their growth and commitment to developing their leadership skills.
Who Should Attend?
