When it comes to maintaining the deliciousness of our cupcakes, we know with 100% certainty that we can count on our bakers. Stacey & Jamison have been a part of our store since our Grand Re-Opening in 2014. And prior to that they were some of our favorite customers!:)

They are at HappyCakes baking five days a week to bring you stunningly beautiful and deliciously decadent cupcakes for every occasion.

When Angela and Kaylee first considered the requirements for a perfect cupcake waaaaaay back in 2012, one of the main conditions was consistency in quality.

As long as you're working with a good recipe, cupcakes are delicious when freshly baked. However, a cupcake that is sold past its prime can easily be dry + crumbly, flavorless, and just plain bad.

So the only way to avoid "bad" cupcakes is to bake them fresh every single day!
Now, did we also test them over many days to see if we could create a recipe that stayed moist for longer than the average cupcake? YES. But we want that timeline to be in your hands, not ours. So we guarantee that when you purchase cupcakes from HappyCakes, they are all on their Day One. How long they remain on your counter is entirely up to you:)

"Family-owned" and "family-run" don't always mean the same thing... but here they surely do!:)
Did you know that all 3 owners still work *in* the storefront? Baking cupcakes or cookies, running the register, washing dishes, cleaning.... we are so grateful for all the years that this community has supported HappyCakes, and we know that no job is ever too small for an owner!
And for the staff members that don't have Diaz as a last name, they are officially (even if not technically) family too.
