I know there are a lot of talented bakers out there, but I wanted to take a moment to share why I started Maypop Bakery. For me, sourdough isn't just bread—it's a labor of love that takes days of patience, precise temperature control, and a very active starter! Every single loaf in these pictures was shaped by hand right here in Moore, SC. My goal is to bring clean, no-junk, traditionally fermented bread back to our community's tables.❤️ Thank you all so much for supporting my small business dream.
