Had some fun this evening with my new mold that I purchased from a small local online business, Evil Cake Genius out of Bloomington, to make my peanut butter cups this year! Love how they turned out and even added some edible shimmer as well!

Pretty excited today, as my new natural food colors arrived! They are all natural made from plants and will be an experiment in themselves when developing colors as nature is nature! But no chemicals as I always try never to do!
Also putting some last minute Easter requests together. Carrot cake with bourbon cream cheese frosting, lemon with a bang cookies, sugar of course and maybe another surprise element…

I’ve been busy working on desserts for my daughter’s wedding this summer, including her requested lemon bars which passed her test!
The hubs and I are also busy elves refitting an Amish cabinet into a farmhouse bakery stand to open this spring with fresh baked goods right from my home! Super excited to try something new, in addition to special orders!! Pictures to follow soon!

A new addition has been added to my lineup as I have finally found a gluten-free sandwich bread that slices and toast and taste. Amazing! It is not hard or crumbly and my entire family enjoys it. In fact, my husband requests it now instead of regular bread. I’m excited to be bringing this in as a regular and putting it on my Farm stand that will be introduced this spring.

Another of my newest additions to the holiday cookie platter this year, coconut macaroon blossoms. I even drizzle them with my Belgium dark chocolate for a nice smooth finish. Cannot wait for you all to try them!!

Baking in the evening gives such great calm amidst the aromas that fill my kitchen!
Today I have brought out some new cookies along with familiar ones to my event to share in those flavors, as well as aromas.

Thank you all that came out to support and visit yesterday (Saturday) at the Monticello Middle School for the craft fair! It was fun seeing some familiar faces and some new ones!! I loved showing my new awning display with my delicious treats!
Look for me this coming Saturday, November 15th from 9-2 at the V by HH in Maple Lake with plenty more fun treats! Let’s help support our military as well, as this is put on by the Blue Star Moms!!
