Just a little something from 2020’s Louisville CookieCon Sugar Show Competition... This was my entry for the ‘All in a days work’ catagory. I took it way back to my hairstylist days in Huntington Beach. In true fashion this entire cookie (aside from cutout and baking) was done the night before and right up until submission IN MY HOTEL ROOM!!!

🌊..Sugar cookie base (8.5” wide across) fully detailed in Royal Icing (tipless piping) and topped with Wafer Paper Flower. All dimensional effects done with the original cookie base etched and filed to shape or Royal Icing injections while detailing.
