We have all your favorite mixes today, as well as our delicious ciabatta and focaccia (back by popular demand).

Here at Howling Hill, we believe in supporting local, and we continue to try and source ingredients from local businesses.

This week, we are using maple syrup from Bucket List Maple out of West Brookfield, MA. We are also using Monson's own Bryson's maple syrup in our bakes.

Our Autumn Harvest bagels will feature Cortland apples from West Parish Orchards out of Westfield, MA.

Every week, we will try and feature local ingredients in our breads and bagels. This is just another way to share our love for local with the community.

At Howling Hill, we’re always looking for ways to keep our recipes simple, honest, and rooted right here in Western Mass. This season, we’re making a small but meaningful shift: we’re replacing refined sugar with local maple syrup in our bagels and breads.

Maple syrup gives the dough the gentle sweetness it needs to ferment and brown, but it also brings something more — a connection to the land and the people who care for it. It’s a single‑ingredient sweetener tapped just a few miles from our kitchen, and it fits the way we like to bake: real ingredients, real flavor, nothing extra.

It’s a subtle change, but one that feels right. And we think you’ll taste that intention in every bite.

This past week, all of our products were baked with Ferrindino Maple Syrup out of Hampden, MA, and with Blue Heron Farm Maple Syrup out of Charlemont, MA.
