I use the freshest and best ingredients I can find. I also try to buy locally but sometimes I do have to order. For Market, I usually post on Thursdays what I will be bringing as that is when I start my baking. Some things may be changed due to ingredient cost and/or availability. You don't need to pre-pay unless you want to be certain to get the breads, etc that I will be selling.

email, text, or at the market. I will invoice you to pre-pay your order in full. After payment is received depending on the decided order when I start making it. I have been baking for about 60 years. I have really been into baking breads, cakes, cookies, and pies a lot. So with encouragement of friends I decided to have a home based business of baking bread and selling at various farmer's markets, fairs, festivals, friends and family.
