There’s a grand opening at central tonight! Except it’s just me opening 15 burners, 20 bowls, dozens of tongs and spoons and who knows what else. Oh and I’m still waiting on 15 saucier pans, 16 quarter sheet pans and a partridge and a pear tree. Helpppppppp. 🥴
