Congratulations to Andrew Christenson! Since Andrew joined the inventory team, he has been an absolute rock star. He gives 110% every single day, no matter what's thrown his way. One of the things most appreciated about him is that he isn't afraid to question something that seems off. Instead of just accepting things as they are, he takes time to dig deeper, which has already helped us prevent issues before they happen.
Andrew has become someone his manager and the team can always count on. He's dependable, hardworking, and always willing to step up when needed. His attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail have made a huge impact on the team in a short amount of time.

Congratulations to Dante Watkins! Dante earned Employee of the Month not only through his outstanding day-to-day performance, but also by going above and beyond to ensure his department consistently delivers excellent work. He has been observed checking trailer quality throughout the production line and reviewing customer quality concerns posted on the GEMBA board. His attention to these issues helps align Carry-On Trailer's quality standards with our customers' expectations. Dante's dedication reflects great credit on the Paint Department and the entire plant. This month we have a third Employee of the Month from Shipping. Congratulations to Perla Herrera.
Perla is being recognized for her outstanding attendance, unwavering commitment, and dedication to the Shipping Department, as well as her continued support of our safety initiatives. She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to take on whatever challenge comes her way.
One of Perla's greatest strengths is her ability to adapt. No matter what is thrown at her, she approaches it with confidence and determination. During the transition period when she served as the only Distribution Clerk in the front office, Perla ensured that shipping operations continued to run smoothly. Even while navigating many unknowns, she never allowed obstacles to become excuses. Instead, she adapted, learned, and overcame every new situation she encountered.
Perla's reliability, flexibility, and dedication have made her an essential part of our team. We truly appreciate the hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude she brings to Carry-On Trailer every day.

Tyler has become an invaluable member of our Cargo team. Throughout his time with Carry-On, he has worked across multiple stations and departments, demonstrating his versatility and willingness to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed.
One of Tyler's greatest strengths is his reliability. He comes to work every day with a great attendance record and is always willing to lend a hand when asked. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning have allowed him to adapt to new challenges and contribute wherever he's needed.
Tyler has become a key part of the success of our Cargo operations through his dedication, flexibility, and willingness to grow. We truly appreciate everything he does for Carry-On Trailer.

Today we recognized our Employee of the Month for Utility, Justin Thornton.
Justin is a valued member of our Weld Shop and a great example of someone who has grown within Carry-On. He started with us as an assembler, installing axles and tires, then moved into painting trailers. When the opportunity to learn welding came along, he stepped up, embraced the challenge, and quickly became an important part of the weld team.
Justin's quiet demeanor doesn't always reveal the level of talent and dedication he brings to work every day. But once that welding hood goes down, you know it's time to expect sparks. He consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, takes pride in the quality of his work, and contributes to the success of the team every day.
Justin, thank you for your hard work, your willingness to learn and grow, and for everything you contribute to Carry-On Trailer. Congratulations on being named our Utility Employee of the Month!
