Hi everyone! Unfortunately, the market for this Saturday 5/9 has been canceled.

Instead, we’ll be shifting all orders to Saturday the 16th for pickup at the same location. Please place your orders through Hotplate as usual to reserve your sourdough, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and more before spots fill up.

Every time I pull my phone out to record at the market… I get a new customer. And I finally figured out why.

First people think something important is going on.
The second you start recording, it’s like… “wait, what am I missing?” So they walk over.

Second it creates social proof.
It looks like people are already paying attention, like the booth is popping… and people naturally follow that.

Third it changes your energy.
You stand up straighter, you start presenting your products better, you’re more locked in.
And people feel that.

And last you actually slow down and showcase your stuff.
You’re highlighting the crumb, the glaze, the details… you’re not just standing there, you’re showing it.

So now your booth isn’t just a table… it’s an experience.
