It was absolutely lovely getting to make this decadent wheat free chocolate cake for a dear friend, and all around wonderful human!

Rich wheat free chocolate cake is filled with chocolate buttercream and hearty portion of silky chocolate ganache. More chocolate buttercream wraps the nearly naked sides, and a pool of ganache with a pinch of salt flakes finishes off this elegant take on a birthday classic.

So many fun bakes lately, and we are way behind on sharing the love. But this strawberries and cream cake is too gorgeous to stay in the camera roll.

Vanilla Butter Cake is filled with mascarpone whipped cream and fresh cut strawberries. Covered with more rich mascarpone whipped cream, and more fresh berries, this cake had us wanting to dig in for ourselves.
