Wedding Cakes by Ambrose-Barton & Brown In 2011 Jen and Margaret combined their talents creating wedding cakes and desserts. Jen is an experienced pastry chef in the Missoula area.

Margaret became a certified pastry chef through the ACF in 1990. She has been preparing fine desserts for 30 years Wedding Cakes by Ambrose-Barton and Brown have been featured in several well known bridal magazines, including Town & Country and In Style. As featured in our photo albums, we offer a variety of designs and flavors of wedding cakes, including vegan and gluten free options. In addition

to wedding cakes we also offer fine pastries, special occasion cakes, and a flexible menu to cater your needs. Flavor list is available upon request. We are able to accommodate one person's appetite or up to 500! We also offer a complimentary consultation and price list by request. Here are a few of our most popular flavors, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Luscious Lemon, Grand Marnier Raspberry, Hazelnut Dacquoise......

Hi Everyone! I want to thank all of you for your support over the past 32 years. I would also like to thank all of the talented folks I have worked with. It has been a great run but now it is time for new adventures....I am retiring. Thanks and love , Margaret
