First 😊 happy 2026 everyone 🥳
Second, on a personal note, our holiday trip to the Philippines 🇵🇭 was an adventure and in many ways, transformative for me. I’ve been more inspired to cook more Filipino dishes and desserts with a healthier twist (more veggies/gulay 🥬, less refined sugar and dairy). Yes it was hot and humid, but it was also exciting and grounding to be in the country where my family originated from.
Third, I’ve been pondering about how to make our award winning adobo chocolate chip cookie paleo. The first step was swapping out the soy sauce and all purpose flour for coconut aminos and almond/coconut flour. We’re not quite there yet but here is our grain free adobo chocolate chip cookie. Available this month and also at the 100th Birthday Cake Party on Feb. 28 ❤️
