Artisan Naan Bakery is a small family business (husband and wife) established in 2014. We are crazy for naan and between the two of us, we have been eating naan for around 7 decades! We have developed our own recipes, working from some basic classic naan recipes as served throughout Pakistan and India. So our naans are taste-tested and approved by us, and are just what we enjoy at home whether we

are eating curries, lentils, bengan bhartha, burgers, chicken korma, okra, fried eggs, black bean burgers, roast, nihari, tikki masala, halwa, vegetable soup, chili, hummus, and you get the picture! Our naans are fantastic with tea, chai, coffee, milk, or beer. Naan (pronounced, “non”) rhymes bonbon, electron, and rock on. There’s hardly any secret to it: bakers, culinary chefs, and pastry chefs throughout Asia have been making naan for ages—creating delicious and soft fresh bread with precision and gusto. We mix the traditional artistry of these folks with our own passion for making and eating naan of various kinds and flavors. We could writes odes and fill pages with the wonders of naan: but the best way to appreciate naan is to eat some yourself. And then eat some more.

We are pleased to announce the bakery's new location in Dots Gray shared commercial kitchen in Minneapolis. And so beginning next week, the week of Monday, March 16, we will be baking--small batch, from scratch--and delivering our naan fresh to our wholesale customers. A business announcement this morning: Artisan Naan Bakery is relocating! Coming soon the bakery will be operating at a new kitchen location (to be announced) in the Twin Cities metro area. We are thankful for St. Cloud area naan fans who have been so supportive over the years! We will be at the St. Cloud location for retail hours through the end of this week - that’s this Friday. We will have a limited selection of items available for purchase. Updates to follow as preparations at the new location firm up in the next few weeks. Thank you 🧡💚🤎
