I had a BLAST making this cake for the JackBox contest! We didn't win the official prize, but I definitely think this cake is a winner anyway!

It's a four-layer confetti cake sandwiched around homemade mixed berry jam, filled and covered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. The colorful decorations are made from homemade modeling chocolate and are inspired by my favorite JackBox game from the last pack, Blather Round!

I had the honor of making a cake for a wonderful 11-year-old's birthday this week! This 6-inch cake was two layers of red velvet with vanilla buttercream frosting. The size was perfect for a small family celebration, and would also make a fantastic smash cake!
