Spoonful of Sugar is a local home based business, and is currently a make to order bakery specializing in decorated sugar cookies. All sweets are made to order.
Since moving to Mineola it has been my hope to join the wonderful fellow townspeople in providing handcrafted gifts and delicacies to all who reside here and those just visiting. Lovingly handmade cookies are sure to put a smile on your face, and a satisfy that stubborn sweet tooth. If you would like to place an order please call, text, email, or send me a Facebook message. We cannot ship our yummies, all orders will have to be picked up or delivered.

April will be the last month I'm taking orders for a while. This has been so much fun, but right now I'm needing more than Spoonful can provide. Thank you all so much for your business and support, I've had the best time working with you and I know I will be back at it just as soon as I am able! ❤️

Gingerbread - Our gingerbread cookies are soft, and available year round, no more waiting for the holiday season.
Chocolate - You simply can't go wrong with chocolate.
Sunshine - Summery citrus orange and lemon cookies.
Tropical - Flavored with a blend of coconut, orange, banana, and pineapple. Perfect for those summer island theme parties!
Coffee - I HATE coffee and even I think these cookies are good. (but they'd be better if they didn't taste like coffee :p)

Un-iced - These cookies are "decorated" without the royal icing by using colored dough. Un-iced Chocolate or Gingerbread cookies will be the color of chocolate and gingerbread.

Hi there! I'm Kayla, I make all kinds of cookies, small cakes, and candies. Everything is made to order. If you have any questions at all, or would like to order, you can contact me through Facebook message, e-mail, call or text. I currently offer 19 decorated cookie flavors and many types of batch cookies, listed in posts at the bottom of the page. If you are planning on placing a large order or are ordering decorated cookies, please order AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE. If that's not possible, check with me anyway, sometimes I'm able to squeeze an order in on short notice. If you don't see what you're looking for, I take requests!
