Ever wonder what the story is behind a cookie? These are our signature sugar cookies. These cookies are not a recipe created by me. These cookies are the cookies that I loved as a small child. I had a wonderful and kind neighbor on the farm near me. Her name was Alice Shaffer. She made these cookies for me and a whole lot of other people over the years. She was kind enough to give my mom the recipe years ago. Today I am able to share these wonderful cookies with you.
