Hey everyone! It’s been a minute since our last update (I promise for good reason - as explained below) and we wanted to pull back the curtain a bit.
The space is looking beautiful, the ovens are ready, and we are primed to open our doors.
And then the universe said, "Fun! Let's break some stuff! Oh, and add in a dash of heat wave to make it extra spicy." 🔥
Here's the deal: We had planned on opening this week but right now, we’re working on getting our broken central air situation sorted out so you can enjoy your coffee and pastries in comfort (and so we don't overproof or melt our doughs!)
Our current plan is to quietly crack the doors open for a small soft opening with our existing customers, friends, and family - TENTATIVELY next week - with so we can test out the workflow, dial in the coffee, understand who we need to bring onto the team, and generally get everything running smoothly.
We aren't launching the official grand opening quite yet, but we are right on the finish line.
