Mounds of chocolate chunks for tomorrow's ice cream sandwiches. 2 tips for y'all. #1-when you chop chocolate, lay down a sheet of wax paper for easy clean up and to preserve your cutting board. #2-baking chocolate melts easier than choc chips. Use both in your cookies for depth of flavor and texture. Happy 4th of July!
