You know what I’m thinking about…
Maple iced cinnamon croissant rolls topped with bacon. I’m going to make some for Saturday.
Do you know what our Saturday customers really love?
Polish pretzel dogs, any kind of roll, especially the Dutch apple pie topped cinnamon rolls, stuffed bagels and iced coffee. Yup those are our Saturday hits. We’re open tomorrow from 9 AM until 5 PM. I hope you’re coming.

Wednesdays are for stuffed bagels. $3 each and oh, so good. My favorite thing we make!
They usually have cream cheese, but sometimes we fill them with other stuffs.
Tomorrow for sure, we’ll have
Everything with
Pickle with cream cheese
Pesto with cream cheese
Ham and cheddar with cream cheese
Apple with cheese cheesecake
And if any other things come up, I’ll post it later.

Many of you have asked and are excited for crêpes on Sunday. I don’t have the staffing for crêpes this Sunday. As soon as I can get enough staff on a Sunday I will roll out the crepes. I will let you know.

Hello October. I can do anything with this guy by my side. we have some good things planned for the bakery this October.
We’ll be reopening on Sundays. I’m working on getting a staff together for this Sunday. I will let you know by tonight if that happens. Otherwise we will be open next Sunday for sure. Sounds like lots of people are looking for crêpes so we’ll give that a run again and see how it goes.
We’re gonna do some make and take cookie decorating classes with kids. Well of course adults can attend too. We’re just gonna make them kid friendly as well.
We’re finally gonna get to bakery bingo. Details coming real soon.
We have a witches night out planned around town for the third Thursday of October and we’re gonna plan some fun things in house for that.
We have a new sandwich on the menu for October. I’ll send a picture of that later.
And I’m hoping to get to some demo classes as well. First up. Focaccia.
We’ll be putting a calendar together for all of this by the weekend.

More apple dumplings ready for you today. We have two new stuffed bagels and they’re fantastic. One of them is stuffed with cream cheese, pesto, topped with mozzarella cheese and a roasted tomato. The Caprese has fresh tomato, cream cheese inside and on the outside fresh mozz and balsamic vinegar and a basil leaf. So good. I have pumpkin cream cheese, personal tarts, lots of seasonal cookies and all the other wonderful things you guys expect. We are open today from 8 AM until 6 PM. Come and see us.
