Holy moly, TMM is 1! 🍪🖤

One year ago, The Midnight Mixer was just an idea, a love of baking and then the dare happened…

Today, we’re stocking shelves across the Basin, have launched our own community pantry, showing up at pop-ups, catering offices and somehow convincing West Texas that a classic bit of Scottish Shortbread is exactly what they needed... Turns out it was!

None of this happens without community.

Every order, every pop-up, every “Can you make this for my event?” has helped us build something we’re genuinely proud of. (Not me sitting over here saying “we,” like I’m not a one-woman business!)

Year one was just the warm up, but year two is going to be something else entirely.

Thank you for being here from the start, and thank you to everyone who found us along the way.
