Norwegian Treats & Other Sweets Baking has always been an important part of my life and I decided I wanted to share my passion for baking with others.

I specialize in Norwegian treats but make many other items also. Norwegian Sweets Price List:
Lefse (12 inch rounds) 6 for $8 or 1 doz. for $15
Krumkake, sandbakkels and rosettes - 6 pieces for $4

I also make a wide variety of American treats including cookies and bars. I'd love to discuss any custom orders you may have.

Devil's food cake is richer, darker, and fluffier thanks to the use of cocoa powder and a bit extra baking soda. Basic chocolate cakes usually call for melted milk or bittersweet chocolate rather than cocoa powder.
