Sending some cookies to local hospital staff and have a few dozen extra I'd like to donate today as well. Any ideas who to contact, maybe a local food pantry/charity that could use them?

I am so grateful and happy to continue to be a part of your special celebrations! However, with all that is going on right now with covid-19, I understand that your plans or events may change.

Below you will find my policy on cancellations/refunds. *Please note that while retainers are non-refundable, for the time being, should you find that you need to reschedule/cancel your order, a credit will be issued to the buyer (in the amount paid, less any work that may already have been completed) to be applied to a future order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The date of your event is considered “booked” only upon receipt of a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer equal to 50% of the total value of the cake/desserts, including any delivery charges, equipment rental deposit, etc.
Payment of the remaining balance due is to be made two weeks prior to the event. If the cake/dessert is booked less than two weeks prior to the event, the retainer will be equal to 100% the cost of the cake/dessert, plus delivery charges, and any equipment deposit.
Payments may be received in the form of Debit/Credit Card/Bank Transfer Invoice, Cash, Check, or Money Order.
Should the client fail to make any payment as specified above, Sweets By Jesika, LLC will cease work without breach of contract, the order will be considered canceled, and no refund will be given.
Upon final payment all element size/style/requirements shall be finalized.
The client is responsible for keeping track of any payments due and ensuring their timely payment.
In the event of cancellation:
Cakes/desserts cancelled prior to 2 weeks before the event date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The 50% retainer will not be refunded or transferred. Cancelation within 2 weeks of the event will not be granted a refund except in cases of death in the immediate family or deployment. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date – please contact me to discuss options.
