These petit fours start with a soft vanilla bean pound cake that’s just a little less dense than traditional pound cake. Each layer is soaked in a sweet cream butter soak, filled with the lightest, fluffiest buttercream (think Tw***ie filling, but better!), and then coated in my homemade pourable fondant.
This batch was finished with a delicate hint of almond flavoring, and they were absolutely irresistible. ✨
