The photo does not do this cake justice color-wise. It is a gorgeous muted pink and purple color palette! I am impressed with myself and hope the special birthday girl loves it!

Kicking off a busy baking weekend with Apple Pie CupKaits for my husband's work event tomorrow 🍎🥧

Vanilla Cake Base with Honey and Cinnamon
Homemade Apple Pie Filling
Vanilla Cinnamon Buttercream

These are DELICIOUS and so soft and moist! Perfect balance of flavors and not overly sweet 😋
