✨ We’re back! ✨
After a beautiful pause, I’m so happy to share that Lilo’s Bakeshop is officially returning. This past year (17months to be exact) brought my sweetest creation yet—my baby girl 💕—and with her arrival came a season of rest, reflection, and growth.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to new chapters, sweet celebrations, and sharing life’s most delicious moments together. ✨🍰

Beer mug cake! I did this cake last month for my hubby’s birthday! 💛🍺 it’s safe to say we all enjoy it 🥰 love what you do ♥️

🍌BANANA MUFFINS 🍌

Super easy and healthy recipe I hope you guys enjoy it ✨🍌

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of gluten flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of veg oil
4TBSP maple syrup
1tsp apple slider vinegar
120ml milk
1/4 chopped almonds(nuts are optional)
40gr cocoa powder
1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat over at 350F
* smashed the bananas
* Combine and sift dry ingredients
* Add the dry ingredients into the bananas
* In a bowl mix , oil, vinegar, maple syrup
* Add the wet ingredients into the mix
* Slowly add the milk till incorporated
* In a cupcake tray line up 6-8 cupcake liners
* Cup the batter into the liners
* Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes Or until the stick comes clean.
*note
If you are doing chocolate muffins just mix the cocoa powder with the dry ingredients
*add chocolate chips or nuts to your liking
