Messed around and found out that Hot Cocoa Cookies with Homemade Marshmallow Frosting are dangerously delicious 😋❤️

✨ PSA: This was my first time ever piping frosting — and I even made the marshmallow fluff and frosting from scratch! It’s not perfect, but I’m honestly so proud of how these turned out. 🎉🍪☕️

🥖✨ Fresh from the proofer! ✨🥖

There’s something magical about pulling a golden sourdough boule straight from the oven — crisp crust, soft chewy crumb, and that irresistible aroma that fills the whole kitchen. 💛

This beauty was made with my own bubbly starter, fermented to perfection and baked for that classic crackly crust and open crumb. Simple ingredients, a little patience, and pure love for the craft.
