I will go over the basics of how to decorate cakes and create florals using palette knives and so much more. This class is fun for all ages and no experience is necessary. The best part, the techniques I will teach are not only beautiful for cakes, they are amazing for cookie decorating too!

So with all this rain happening to day, it dawned on me that I forgot to post a bunch of work I've done. So let's start with these Baby Shark cookies.

I love the bright colors and characters to match the birthday cake I posted earlier, but out of all the designs, my favorite is the starfish.

I don't know if it's the sea colors, the slightly different (not perfect) shape of the starfish or the clean dot work that draws me in, but it's my favorite.

“Gluten free” and “gluten friendly” are NOT the same thing 👀

It's been a long time since I created a birthday cake like this. Good to know I still got the chops 😄! When you don't focus on a particular skill or use a material daily, it takes time before that muscle memory comes back. But when it does and your client LOVES the end result, it's all worth it!

Happy 5th birthday to Travis. I know Baby Shark and family had a blast at your party! Mama 🦈 told me.
📢 Oh and before you ask, yes that infamous song that goes with the show was stuck in my head the ENTIRE time I was making this cake. And maybe while trying to sleep. Haha always be aware of the themes you take on. They stick with you. 😊

This All-American bridal shower theme had me completely swooning 🇺🇸✨

From the moment I received the inspiration photos for this set, I could feel just how excited Jaiden & Luke’s loved ones were to celebrate their story and upcoming wedding day. Every detail came together so beautifully. It was such an honor creating these custom treats for such a special occasion.

I hope the shower was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.
