Edible Moss! So simple. Just 5 ingredients and a microwave.

I love using Liliana da Silva recipe from her blog. It's easy to follow and uses ingredients I always have on hand.

Edible moss creates a more realistic look to grass, tree leaves and so much more. You can make it any color, add additional highlights and low lights with petal dust or edible paint. It really is a very versatile cake technique/recipe.

Try it out for yourself and see.

Google Edible Moss or use link below for recipe: https://sugarellasweetshowto.blogspot.com/2020/10/edible-moss-recipe.html

Somewhere over the rainbow… there’s CAKE!

Sweet pastels, fluffy clouds, a rainbow, and a little touch of gold! This adorable 3rd birthday cake is magical and made to celebrate a very special girl turning THREE!

I love how the soft rainbow colors come together with that pop of gold!

60 year old hiker. Just like a regular hiker, except way cooler! 😉

Wishing Steven countless happy miles on his birthday trail.

I often get asked why I don't post a lot of videos. I have my reasons 😂

Yesterday was the perfect day to be outdoors. The sun, fall breeze and all those autumn leaves.

New Hampshire is one of the most beautiful places to be this time of year!

Who took advantage and spent their day soaking up the sun?

HAKUNA MATATA… what a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday!

Now I have to admit, I've never seen the live action movie, only the animated ones and tv shows with my boys.  The Lion King is truly a classic and perfect at any age.

I hope Aiden and Atreyu loved their sweet treats and enjoyed being Kings at their party!

Between admin work, conference calls, custom orders, class prep, baking, decorating, organizing, dishes, kids homework, trying to keep the house clean, did I say dishes?, laundry, supply ordering, 3D printing, dishes, meal prep, dishes, trying to drink water, ensure my fantasty football lineup is in order, dishes, be a somewhat present wife, mother, daughter and friend, I feel so disconnected from everyone and everything lately.

I'm going a mile a minute while my brain seems to be shutting down at the same time.

Life can be utterly crazy. But I love what I do so the end results are worth the 2am bedtimes and 5:30am wake up calls.

So if you are still following me, even though I'm not sharing as often, thank you!!! I'm just trying to ensure everything is Just Wright for your special events.

P.s. Singing Hakuna Matata while drinking pumpkin spiced coffee does help get you through sometimes. 😉

A Baby is Brewing ....Halloween style!

I truly enjoyed mixing the brewery theme with a halloween spin for last weekend's baby shower. I received inspiration from several sources including Hannah Simar with her pregnant witch cookie cutter and Hanamade Cookies ~ Cookie Artist with her baby is brewing plaque design.

I also received inspiration when I used Chatgpt. I know I know that's a hot topic button, but hear me out. I asked it for help mixing the themes and several ideas came up that were different than prior cookie sets made.

1. A b**r mug with a pumpkin face and witch hat
2. A ghost with a witch hat and broom.

I then went into my design app and changed those concepts to be more my style and to fit the client's set better. Sometimes our brains need a spark to ignite creativity, especially when sleep deprived.

Regardless of how the set was inspired, I hope it brought a smile to the parents-to-be. I wish them nothing but happiness as they welcome their little boo, who's almost due!
