I think its time we introduce the faces behind the bakery and the story behind our Gluten Free adventure! Each Wednesday we will introduce a key part of the "staff" that makes all of your treats possible! Lets start with the bakery itself!
I have baked most of my life, enjoying it immensely, as did my husband, children, family and friends. It all changed when we took gluten (and dairy, except butter) from my husband's diet hoping to alleviate the migraines he experiences way too often. We discovered that everyone missed the goodies I had baked before this change and I missed baking!
I started experimenting with gluten-free flour in recipes I have used for ages. While results have not always been successful, I kept at it! gluten-free now has a wide selection of gluten-free baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth! A Gluten free bakery was born!
