Mendenhall in May 2016 - TODAY, Saturday May 21st!!!

We won 1st Place last year. Looking for a repeat. Same deal as last time, spend $50 or more at J. Grant Menswear and come get a free pulled pork sandwich. We will have pulled pork, ribs, and brisket (while it lasts) for sale.

Trailer rearrangement #2 - after putting the new commercial fridge on, it just didn't look right. Moved the cabinets and sink, put the fridge on a 45....wah-lah! It looks amazing!

Major Trailer Modification - A look from the rear of the trailer. Two roll-up door dry storage cabinets set in place. Backwoods Piglet Smoker set in place. Next up - Commercial Fridge to go on the other side of the Piglet. Thanks, Pops!

Know of anyone wanting a big smoker? Bullmoose Smokers is selling their insulated smoker.

Insulated Smoker - Holds approx 500 lbs of meat. Has wood rack and insulated firebox (not shown in this older picture). Used as competition cooker at BBQ contests. Took 1st place in Pulled Pork at Brandon this year (MS State Championship KCBS event). Cooks at 250 degrees without any adjustment necessary.
